"We have a picky toy Aussie who is such an important part of our family. We have tried several healthy brands of dog food and he will eat it for a short time before he no longer wants to eat it. We decided to try Nutra Complete after watching Rob Lowe's commercials talking about how healthy Nutra Complete is. Not only does out dog Tucker eat Nutra Complete, but he actually looks forward to his meals. This is a win win situation. We know he is eating healthy meals and Tucker loves the taste!"

Unfortunately for him I am dealing with leukemia and some other health issues and being on a very fixed income I am not going to be able to continue feeding him this product. "I have been using this product for 8 years for my 3 cats . I attribute their steady good health to it they are 11, 14 and 17 years old and thankfully in good health. I recently started feeding them on a regular basis the raw freeze dry food and #2 is less messy and smelly. I was about to place an order when I found out you have to discontinue the cat product line. I am simply sad and finding myself where to find another quality products such as yours."

"Buddy is a 13 year old chihuahua who was recently diagnosed with arthritis in his lower spine. He was heavily favoring his back right leg and it was greatly affecting his quality of life. He's been on the mobility chews for 2 months and no longer favors his back leg. He's jumping up on the couch again and doing his signature prince around the house. I'm so happy with our results. He'll never be without these chews. I can't recommend them enough."

No corrective action!
"My dog has been taking Mobility Renew for months. Recently my orders have bern shipped to us with Best Before dates of 8/6/2026. This product has from what I’m led to believe a shelf life of 2 years, so based on that info the product was made in 2024. I called and explained the situation to customer service and they were apologetic and said they would replace the product. It was about a week later when I received the replacement , Once I received I opened the box and checked the dates. The dates and lot numbers were exactly the same, I called again now for the third time and once again apologetic and said they will replace. I was asked to send picture of the bottles with dates which I did. It appears the company pays no attention to FIFO and the customer service has no way to address issues with the warehouse or a they get in touch with management other than E mail ! This is the last time. I re as on have no belief that the product will be correct when it comes this time !"
